The upcoming isekai fantasy anime Potion, Waga Mi wo Tasukeru has released a brand-new trailer, showcasing the opening theme song by Japanese rock band TRiDENT. The series, adapted from Akira Iwafune’s light novel, is scheduled to premiere in Japan on October 2, 2025 as part of Animation ID’s "Light Anime" lineup.

Potion, Waga Mi wo Tasukeru – New Trailer Details
The official Animation ID YouTube channel has streamed the third teaser trailer for Potion, Waga Mi wo Tasukeru. The preview highlights the energetic opening song “Koi no Magic Potion” performed by TRiDENT, who will also deliver the ending theme “MIRACRAID.”
The track “Koi no Magic Potion” is a fresh cover of Scanch’s 1991 single. Both the opening and ending songs are already available for streaming and download, and they will also be featured in TRiDENT’s first major EP “BLUE DAWN,” releasing on November 5, 2025 under King Record.

Potion, Waga Mi wo Tasukeru is based on the light novel series written by Akira Iwafune and illustrated by Sunaho Tobe. Story Synopsis
Kaede, an ordinary high school girl, suddenly awakens in a strange new world filled with elves, beastmen, and dragons. In her backpack, she discovers a magical book that allows her to create potions simply by chanting the word “creation.”
These potions soon become her greatest weapon for survival in this unfamiliar realm. As Kaede searches for a way to return to Japan, she begins her unpredictable journey filled with battles, friendships, and struggles in the fantasy world.
